We all have invisible rules we live by, somethings that is so fundamental to our upbringing that to us they are unquestioningly “normal”. These imaginary rules limit us and can be difficult to see and change. This workshop is a facilitated discussion as we try to find those unnoticed restrictions and see how they limit us in our relationships and in our life path. While not specifically a workshop on polyamoury, the discussion will include how our unspoken expectations of others and of ourselves can create interpersonal strife in close relationships and how many media representations of “love” and “romance” are very unhealthy messages to our subconscious and coloring our expectations in life.
